 CLAT 2025

As of February 22, 2025, the legal proceedings concerning the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 are ongoing. The Supreme Court of India has transferred all petitions challenging the CLAT 2025 results to the Delhi High Court to ensure consistent adjudication. These petitions, previously filed in various high courts—including Bombay, Karnataka, Punjab and Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, and Calcutta—allege errors in the exam conducted in December 2024. The Delhi High Court is scheduled to hear these consolidated cases on March 3, 2025.
This consolidation aims to expedite the resolution process and prevent contradictory judgments across different jurisdictions. The outcome of the March 3 hearing will be pivotal in determining the final status of the CLAT 2025 results and any potential revisions.

Candidates and stakeholders are advised to stay updated by regularly checking official communications from the Consortium of National Law Universities and the Delhi High Court for the latest developments.
